District Assigned SHARS Consultant

Our Program Specialists are trained and certified in all aspects of SHARS in order to provide you with expert SHARS consultation.

Online Billing

The EPIC™ process is quick and easy! It allows practitioners to spend more time with the children who need their direct care and less time completing data entry for SHARS claims.

Cost Report & RMTS Assistance

We understand the complexities of the Random Moment Time Study and Cost Report and go to great lengths to ensure a successful and audit-proof settlement each year. TSBS offers standard and extended Cost Report services.

On-Site Training

Your assigned Program Specialist will provide on-site consultation and training to all providers and administrative staff as needed.

Audit Assistance

TSBS provides complete care and support for all internal or external audits. In the event of an audit, TSBS is there for you!

No Up-Front Costs or Fees

Our agreement with the client is to provide complete SHARS preparation at no cost to the district. There are no up-front costs or fees in establishing your relationship with TSBS.

Flexible Contracts

We are so confident in our services that TSBS provides a 100% contract guarantee. Our contracts allow for no lock-in requirements, no termination fines and flexible year renewals.
